No one who has current legal current court hearings for criminal activity should NEVER BE ALLOWED TO RUN FOR ANY GOVERNMENT OFFICE, local, state, or federal. They should only be allowed to run before or after these proceedings. It is setting a bad example for future candidates running for office. It also looks bad to other nations. It's horrific how this country allows criminals to run rampant, wether they are ordinary citizens or someone in any form of government. But y'all love your criminals and protect them.
