It almost sounds cheesy, but I started waking up at 4:17am every weekday starting 2019. It was my goal. I had just come out of a toxic relationship, I had a shit job, developed bad habits and was terribly out of shape. I had to grind hard that early in the morning, usually the only person in the gym. It changed my entire mindset, my work ethic....fast forward to 2020: great new job, new fantastic girl, I lost 12kg by July and started bulking up and I look unrecognizable from before.....I attribute it all to the time I get to focus, reflect and be grateful in the gym, by myself. All it takes is one week of feeling shitty because you wake up so early, for your body to adjust and it will change you!

Waking up at 4 & working out is the best part of the day.
  • I been waking up every morning at 4:30am or 5am every morning. For the past 5 months. Life been hard and the only way to push forward is to wake the F*** Up and keep Grinding.
  • Even on weekends I’m up at 4:00 am it’s the perfect time to work on myself mentally. I plan my day, read over my vision statement and review my goals.
  • 7 months ago i lost it.. my mind. Ended up in a mental hospital for a few months. the love of my life.. my daughter went to a foster family.. my home.. today i'll loose my job.. i've listened to so many motivational videoes the last 7 months. I turned my life 180 in a few days. Been hitting the gym, got counsling, eating very well, faced alot of demons. It still hurts so bad everyday but i find comfort in videoes like this one. I believe with my soul this pain has to be felt to get better. It has to be possible to feel this much pain and turn in around to unconditional selflove. If your here. Seeking videoes like this your on the right path. You WANT to change your life around. Enjoy the pain and know that i'll be better
  • Monday-Sunday I am up every day at 4am. There is NOTHING like waking up before the world and getting after it! 4am is the perfect time to work on yourself before the distractions of life take over.

I know this seems small but I am so glad you included women in videos like this because you wouldn’t believe how many motivational videos I have seen that only show men grinding and working out and it’s so disheartening sometimes

Somehow our society has valued *NOT sleeping, while sleep has so many CRUCIAL benefits. Requirement’s highly individualized & as a man near-narcoleptic for most of my life (I’m 44 y/o) The difference is stark
  • Amen, amen, amen to this video because I get up @ 4:15 am in the morning every week day and go hard at work while still building my business as a speaker and getting closer and in the right spot and going the right Godly direction by faith and commitment 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I love your voice Mr les brown! It's changed my life for the better.
  • Start your day early, it’s the first step in getting ahead! Growing up in sales, I would always feel great getting that jump start on the majority of others.
