Ingredients
1 Roasted poblano
Small bunch of cilantro
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 Tbsp pineapple vinegar or user AP vinegar
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp coconut aminos or 1/2 tsp sugar
1 minced roasted garlic
1/2 Tbsp Mexican oregano
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Optional for spice- roasted jalapeño, serrano, pepper flakes or chiltepines

Salad ingredients
Poblano Vinaigrette
Mixed salad greens
Carrots
Corn
Black beans
Cucumbers

Tip❣️
