  • I disagree with a part of the "expressing gratitude" section. Sure, it is extremely important to be grateful, but just because someone has it worse than you doesn't mean you have to stick it out doing something you feel is slowly killing you. Focus on #1! This ties back to the first tip, loving yourself.
