I’m currently on the wait list for ADHD (NHS Wales) the confirmation for my assessment came from a place 2 hours away which I’ve been before but I don’t drive so will be relying on public transport and that scares me. I didn’t know there was meant to be a care team to support you 🥴 autism has been brought up by a few people around me so I’m going to see how the ADHD assessment goes and what they say but I’m so scared 😭 I think I got the letter in December or January and I’m already sick of waiting 🥲

I do think your autism report may have failed you by not saying it though, as my report stated they recommended I was assessed for ADHD. They also mentioned dyspraxia basically anything they discussed was in it. But I was diagnosed by the nhs as Autistic and ADHD with Psyc uk. It does suck how you get treated though.
