We should learn lessons from this tragic incident. MCD authorities should first of all idientify the low lying areas where any basement exists, or where there is any sort of storage rooms. The main aim of the Govt should be to avoid any sort of water being flooded into the basement of any kind. Why only coaching center at the basement should be looked into. In case there is any place more prone to such mishaps. The action should concentrate into this. Media should also take a grevance of this and bring into the notice of Govt. Just amagin if such rain again repeat in Delhi in a day or two, how to prevent water being rushed into other basements already in existing. MCD should awake and take remedial action for any future mishaps.
