Hey whats up.
In this after effects tutorial, we're gonna make a synthwave, outrun inspired sun.

It's a rather basic tutorial.
We will be using creating this using the basic shapes.
These are some of the tools you will be using:
Track Matte, Alpha Matte, Venetian blinds, Basic Shapes, Shape Repeater, Blurs and Glows, Looping Animations.

    This is great! Can you do a tutorial with venetian blinds, but with an image overlay , so the image folds down on the blinds?

    I am following your exact steps but my venetian blinds do not animate up and down like yours. I move the solid and the blinds stay in place :(
