I prepare HMD freezer packs. Freeze a cup of orange juice in freezer-safe soup cups (you could also do an ice cube tray) then pop out each oj block and put in a reusable freezer zippy bag along with 2 peeled bananas and 2 cups wild blueberries. I don't freeze the cilantro, as Anthony says is must be fresh. I take a bag out ahead of time and defrost in fridge or in a bowl of hot water. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Thanks for this video, and I'd love to see more ideas!

I make a syrup each week w several herbs including bitter nettle, dandilion, raspberry leaf. I take that each morning w my tinctures. Really helpful. Then i love to make tasty teas w lots of hibiscus, lemon balm, thyme, mint, red clover, burdock, honey... ill freeze ice cubes w those so i can pop them in water all day. And lastly ill just make tea at night w a few herbs chamomile lavender or lemon balm mint. So good! Thanks for all these ideas.

I've never peed so much since starting the MM lifestyle..including a few times in the night! I've also started using my teas in my smoothies.

I enjoyed your video and became a new subscriber! I will definitely add your suggestions to my daily routine. Thank you for your brilliant tips to save time and make life easier!
  • Just a few things - AW recommends only using a drop or so of fragrance free dish soap to wash celery with - never baking soda. He also has had talks about how both porcelain and stainless sinks are very porous and often are pathogenic. Having a big basin dedicated for washing can work! Thanks for all the tips!
  • thank you for the tips! about the lemon water he says you have to make it fresh everyday because after 24 hr the water becomes dead again. just thought about sharing this one might help
  • I have arthritis and fibromyalgia, so squeezing lemons or limes hurts and is wasteful. I cut the citrus in half and use a reamer to do the hard work. With lime I directly juice it into or onto whatever it is for. With lemon or orange, I strain the seeds. Reamers come in all sorts of media; I use one made of wood.

Omg I love this! Thank you, I’ve been falling off the celery juice wagon lately because I feel like I’m spending all my time prepping the celery. Super helpful tips. :)
  • @Dengee
Great ideas! I will definitely use the tea in smoothie one and try preparing the lemon water in bulk! Thanks-a-stack!
  • Rachel, you are amazing. Thank you for all the love and support with your videos. I just discovered these today. I'm one of those people who believe Medical Medium is right and the best way for me to heal but my body got overwhelmed and I stopped. I think your approach is spot on for me including the emotional healing at the same time. Thank you so much for sharing your healing journey with the rest of use. Blessings!

Thank you for these tips!!! My tip is to wash and cut ends of celery the night before to save time in the morning before heading out to work!
  • @SusanGaskin
Thank you for your video. My hack is to take two bunches of celery, wash them, cut off the ends and juice both of them. Immediately I drink the juice of one of them, and then store the juice from the second bunch in a jar with a lid in the fridge for the next day. Doing it this way means you only have to wash out the juicer every second day and saves much time and energy. The MM says that the juice retains its vitamins for one extra day like this, but no longer.

Thanks for these. I've been following the MM protocols for a while now and have seen improvement but there are just some days when I lack the energy for food prep. Thanks for the helpful tips ✌🏽
  • Thank you. Getting back in to MM ways while down here at university in a very small town. Trying to find the most economic ways to get this nutrition and healing in a place hours from healthier stores than Walmart.
