Murphy calls out RU for deal with pro-Palestinian protestors

Gov. Phil Murphy criticized Rutgers University for its response to pro-Palestinian protesters on campus, saying Tuesday that the administration dealt with the group differently than it did with complaints from Jewish students about antisemitism. Meanwhile, demonstrations continue at Rutgers-Newark.

    As a Rutgers New Brunswick alum, I'm proud of my alma mater for doing the right thing and negotiating with the protesters in good faith. A stark contrast from the brutal response at Columbia. Shame on governor Murphy for criticizing this acknowledgement of the protester's legitimate concerns
