There is a New Zealand based man whose you tube Chanel is under the name of Marty T. He resurrects abandoned machinery and brings them home for his own use. His neighbour had an abandoned excavator deep in his forest that he rescued. In another video he finds a TD9 bulldozer abandoned due to mechanical issues.

A little tip from someone who found out the hard way..... If You had rotated the machine so that the cab end faced the blade, You would have had much more room to work on the blade hose. Also applies to greasing the blade pins. Good job.

That is a first for me. I have never seen someone fill an engine with oil using a beer bong. LOL Nice job.

Make sure you change the gear oil in both final drives. Itās very easy, thereās three screw caps in it. Line them up, take the top out, then the bottom. When you fill it up turn it 15 degrees and leave the top off, screw in the bottom and fill from the top. When it comes out the middle itās full. This will save you in the long term

Awesome video. I love bringing something back to life. I have an old cub lowboy 184 that needs an engine rebuild and lots of seals. Its something that ive been putting off for a couple years but I am excited for when the funds come to do the rebuild.

As a small excavator owner power wash that excavator it will help with maintenance and spotting leaks etc. Look it over before every use and the clean machine makes it easier. You will be amazed how much quicker projects will be completed. It's a win win for you and your brother.
