Without naming the brand names, how can the people understand what is good and what is bad?
  • Unfortunately we have no Govt agency to look at the products FSSAI is just joke

This is a very informative video. Unfortunately, we are living in 'Chanda do, dhanda lo' times, and it has become difficult to trust brands.

Thank you for this. I have been looking for such a study made specifically for Indian brands and glad to see someone has finally covered a robust and emerging concern.

  • There should be a thorough study on every processed food items available in the market for the human consumption not only protein… government should take this initiative and look forward for misleading labelling. I have found wellness stores keep so many unhealthy consumables which are way more harmful for the human body. For example, they sell 100% sugar based lollypops etc…
  • Major issue with these powders is that its not clinically tested. Same for International brands. It will be great if the same study is done for International brands which is available Online. This will make the study complete.

What's the best way for an ordinary person to distinguish between what's safe and what isn't? Avoidance seems like the most prudent solution.
  • Regarding the subject of "termuric" being toxic to the liver, What exactly is the science behind this finding? Can you please refer some study material please? As an Indian, termuric is a staple, daily consumption in my diet, such as its use in daal (pulse) dishes, and in almost every item of veg and non veg, curries. So, am I basically, dosing my self towards liver failure in the long run?
