Boy did I learn this lesson the hard way. Three years of me nagging about why we're not married. I just got a wakeup call one day and said to myself, "Why are you doing this? I do agree that a man can tell if you’re the one, but I also believe that a woman should get a chance to know that man by testing the spirit to see if it’s from God or the enemy. I believe women should too confirm from God if he’s the one. Sometimes the enemy throw counterfeits before the real deal.

Facts exactly why I date with a purpose. No sex and I’m single until I’m married. May take longer but worth it I’m sure. Gotta say this; Women, what he said? In truth YOU need to be doing. YOU get to choose, YOU decide if he's smart, funny, attractive, financially able etc. Women are QUEENS. That means a date isn't just about him judging if you're good enough for HIM, it's, is he good enough for ME. Men can be thirsty and this is where discernment and asking God to help you pick, choose and refuse comes in handy.

I just want to put this out there, physical attraction is also important to women! I know it is a common held belief that men are visual people, but so are women! It is literally impossible to imagine myself being with a man that I am not physically/sexually attracted to. I literally cannot even develop feelings for them more than a friendship- now some people would automatically say that is shallow for a woman to be that way, because men are the ones who are suppose to be visual- but attraction I feel is a biological response! You like who you like!

I made this mistake and paying it for it now. 10 years before a proposal, got married, and regretted getting married. Ladies, please pay attention. Don't waste years waiting.
