As a bra fitter for 25 years, I have a great tip that takes 5bls off your mid section…. When trying on bras, pay attention to your “nipple line”. Your nipple line should be between your elbow and shoulder. You’ll obtain the proper lift if your bra straps are not elastic.

As a qualified corsetierre can I suggest that ladies go to a professional fitter, usually in good department stores, and get fitted with the right size. So many ladies have no idea what size they actually are! Unless you have the right size you can never expect miracles!

I wore one of the maternity shape gadgets when I was carrying triplets. Was great , but wore it to help support my belly, went from 24 inch to 79 inches, but went almost 36 weeks so was all good. My natural identical triplets turn 21 in August so it worked.

Removing shapewear is like popping open a tube of Pillsbury dough. lol Love shapewear, but it's too darn hot where I live to wear it.

I just this year started wearing shapewear, I'm in my late 60s. Love them. Just like Joanna said, your clothes move better and slide over the problem areas. It's been a process for me finding just the ones I like. I did what Christopher said and made good of my Amazon Prime.
