Great video for people who are considering SW Washington. I like that you mentioned completion dates for the all the future expansion in Vancouver.

We are considering Vancouver for 2025. My son and I have traveled around and stayed in different parts of the country and he LOVED when we were in the PNW. So we are looking for something close to major cities but to stay on the calmer side. We were in Salem before and currently in San Diego.

As someone who lives in a river city with lots of crime, St Louis, I can tell you the crime and problems are not stopped by a river, a bridge or a state line. The problems will cross into Vancouver and those nice expensive home prices will drop as people move further out and the crimes, drugs, and homeless move in.

Great video! Keep up the great work!
  • I've been living in Vancouver, Washington, USA in my entire life. I was born and raised in Vancouver, WA.

My wife and i were looking to move there in 2016 and I couldnt be happier we decided not to move to Portland.

A bit of cognitive dissonance? What happens when LOTS of people move into "smaller more manageable" places without considering the many variables? TRAFFIC. CONGESTION. To name just a couple issues. I sincerely hope the "City Planners" in Clark County have given serious thought to PUBLIC TRANSPORATION methods and systems. Roadways. Traffic flow patterns. Population density. Etc.
  • If you live crime amd homelessness w cops who do nothing, then you found the right ish hole

Literally every single video of Vancouver is only of the downtown area! 😡Can you be honest and say it’s a boring town with literally no good jobs. All the jobs are in Portland. Traffic mid day sucks, and all people do is work or shop. Talk about Vancouver wa without the i5 bridge or the downtown area!

Same thing happened to Tacoma. It’s terrible this is acceptable now.
  • Not sure why politicians can’t outlaw public camping as discount groceries and Walmarts are a 🧲 for homeless fentanyl addicts. Shopping areas in the city are getting sketchy with addicts patrolling the parking lots looking to break into cars
