I wish Bhutan will remain the same and not be influenced by the rotten modernization and industrialism of the outside world. May it remain stressfree.

They're doing the right thing by keeping themselves isolated. It's beautiful and their concept of success is what we should all aspire to. So glad that I found this video. I hope that they will be able to keep their culture preserved forever.

Of all the countries i had been, Bhutan is the most peaceful and beautiful . People are very honest and modest. Love their motto too " No hurry No worry" . Even the kids were dressed up in their own costume. Tiger nest is amazingly unique .

Used to collect stamps as a kid in the 80's and had quite some from Bhutan. They were large with amazing artwork. By far the most amazing stamps on the planet
  • Not me being a Bhutanese getting mesmerized by some of the places lol whenever i travel abroad and come back, there is something i feel special about my home country, though it's not that developed and have accessibility to many things like other countries, the calmness and it's beautiful nature always makes me smile. Must have done something really good in my past life to have born in such a country like heaven where you don't have to worry about education and health because everything is free here. Long live the King ( if King falls, Bhutan falls).

I had a teacher once who told us that Bhutan is a beautiful and loving place close to the heavens where humanity exists at its humblest, purest and most respectful form.

Visited Bhutan in 96 while in college. Loved everything about it. Remember feeling so alive while I was there. Travelled by road from India -- entered via Phuentsholing, then went hiking around Paro and finally visited the capital Thimphu. Wish to visit it again one day with my family.

A pediatrician I worked for spent time in Bhutan through the "Doctors Without Borders" program. Upon his return he enthralled staff for weeks with stories about the people he met and the sights he saw. He absolutely loved the time he spent there. Thanks for this video, I'll make sure to share it with him.

There is captivating beauty in spirituality and true elegance in peaceful and simple lifestyle. Bhutan, I admire your stress-free life and genuine happiness; you have found the true meaning of life and have preserved that for several generations. The respect you have shown to animals and in living in harmony with nature clearly indicate the possibility of a zero crime rate in your country. Every traveller will feel safe.
  • We visited Bhutan in 2016. It was such an amazing trip and the people were so lovely and welcoming.
