Not even they can stop me now Boy, I'll be flying overhead Their heavy words can't bring me down Boy, I've been raised from the dead No one even knows how hard life was I don't even think about it now because I finally found you Oh, sing it to me Now my life is sweet like cinnamon Like a fucking dream I'm living in Baby, love me 'cause I'm playing on the radio (How do you like me now?) Pick me up and take me like a vitamin 'Cause my body's sweet like sugar venom, oh yeah Baby, love me 'cause I'm playing on the radio (How do you like me now?) 'Merican dreams came true somehow I swore I'd chase until I was dead I heard the streets were paved with gold That's what my father said No one even knows what life was like Now I'm in LA and it's paradise I finally found you Oh, sing it to me Now my life is sweet like cinnamon Like a fucking dream I'm living in Baby, love me 'cause I'm playing on the radio (How do you like me now?) Pick me up and take me like a vitamin 'Cause my body's sweet like sugar venom, oh yeah Baby, love me 'cause I'm playing on the radio (How do you like me now?) Sweet like cinnamon Like a fucking dream I'm living in Baby, love me 'cause I'm playing on the radio (How do you like me now?) Sweet like cinnamon Like a fucking dream I'm living in I've finally found you (Oh, sing it to me) Now my life is sweet like cinnamon Like a fucking dream I'm living in Baby, love me 'cause I'm playing on the radio (How do you like me now?) Her voice is so freaking sweet especially when she starts singing now "my life is sweet like cinnamon" my heart can't take it
  • @Falcon2.39-1
This is one of those rare songs that it’s almost too good to just casually play whenever. The closest feeling to this song is when you have a really good dream and wake up to reality and then feel kind of sad

This is pure gold it’s always the underrated songs in the albums that hit the hardest like it’s giving Droptop car driving through the beach in 2017 just a vibe

the feeling of finally having someone to dedicate this song to ♡♡ everyday I'm so incredibly grateful for this boy, even if things don't last forever, I'll never forget him til the day i grow an old granny and that's a fact

This song is an anthem of rebirth and success after facing challenging times. The lyrics convey a sense of triumph and gratitude for overcoming adversity and reaching a sweet and fulfilling life. The combination of bold lyrics and a captivating melody makes listening to it a powerful and fulfilling experience. Additionally, the artist's voice is incredibly beautiful, sensual, and relaxing, transporting the listener on an emotional journey every time it's heard. Personally, I find her voice so enveloping that I could listen to it continuously as if it were the first time, every time.
  • This song gives me so many feelings. The quieter part when it’s just her singing like in the beginning sounds so almost sad and melancholy. Then the chorus sounds fun and happy. It’s so good!

"Now my life is sweet like cinnamon" When you realize that cinnamon itself is not sweet at all and the song is about being "loved" for the wrong reasons...
  • THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST SONGS OF LANA’s It deserves a video😭
  • @sarahmanyar
Oh wow…I just noticed the flute in the background, after all this time. It adds an entire layer of magic to this song, and it completely transported me to another universe. It felt like a song of its own, and a place I want to bask in for a while. It’s just this wonderful, melancholic, almost gloomy-like yet calm and soothing melody…It felt like the perfect touch of solace that you find yourself fully enthralled in as the song finishes, and then you feel it leaving you alone in the shadows of its serendipity. 10/10 would give another listen
  • the casual manner with which she uses "like a fuckin dream i'm livin in" is just everything...perhaps my favorite part of any song i've ever heard ..just something about it
