Just got this Williams yesterday and trying to figure out the D13 tuning. Here you can see my struggle and be grateful you don't suck this bad. :)
This is the tuning developed by Johnny Cox to incorporate E9, C6 and other changes into a single uniform tuning. It is very confusing at first. This is my first attempt to make some sense out of it.
