I live in NY so I would have to buy two and attach them together in order to meet code. Any home less than 400 square feet has to be on wheels.

Too bad you don't build in Oregon. One challenge as a homeowner is getting a construction loan for a modular or prefab home. I am interested in buy land and paying outright for it. But was told by a mortgage broker my hurdle was getting a construction loan for something other than stick built. Ss a single person, I like a smaller footprint home
