  • Batch engraving this solves a lot of repetitive operations, which is nice.
  • Someone should test the accuracy of the conveyor and camera. One test would be to cutout about a dozen 1" circles. Throw those on the conveyor and cut a 1/2" circle out of the center or each of them and measure the resulting ring width to see if it is 1/4" on all sides. Then throw those back on and cut the ring in a circle at 3/4" and see it you get two rings each being 1/8" wide. It could be done with squares in a similar manner or just fine lines repeated to see if the overlap perfectly.
