Which of these is THE Biblical Diet?

Wow!!! Just discovered you today. Excellent study. I've been trying to keep a clean diet for years now. I'm more than fairly certain it's slowed down my aging. It's fairly challenging knowing which food label ingredients are clean sometimes. Which supplements are clean, and etc. Either way I enjoyed this. Thanks.

Rabbi Singer mentioned people kept animals alive with tourniquets, and ate them limb by limb. Maybe this is about humanly ending an animal swiftly. Also maybe there is a connection to not eating strangulated animals in James. Tourniquet=strangulation?

What about xylitol? Xylitol is meant to heal teeth. I put it in my oil pulling recipe. Does it have that response where it boost insulin just sitting on the tongue? Do essential oils like clove, cinnamon, or tea trea counter it if it does?
