My favorite year Trans Am ! I had a ‘79 when I was a teen and it was my baby . Always wanted a 70-72 big block 4spd Trans Am or Z28 ❤️❤️❤️

The good old days when cars were all mechanical.

Loved it... Indellible memory; 1970 sunny afternoon. Two TransAms side by side at a light in STL. Irony: Was a Mopar dealer auto porter going home drooling over TransAms.

I smiled throughout the entire video! Thanks for posting.
  • Makes me miss my 74 Buccaneer red Trans Am. Why don't today's high sports cars sound that good?

That was the wrong swirled dash applique. The 70 had chrome bezels around the gauges, but still great.

Nice example but sadly only old rich guys can afford to buy these things now.I remember way back buying one that was beat up a bit for 300 bucks.Didn’t understand what I had then and I ended up wrecking it and sent it to the boneyard.Back then no one really cared much about trans and,you could buy one anywhere and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg.Now these things go upwards of a 100,000 for no apparent reason other than people using them as investments and rarely driving them. It’s sad actually

Very nice car,Thanxs for not sticking a blower omit,or making it into a low rider, the car is just the way it should be when it left the factory!!!!!!

Beautiful Firebird. I've been restoring my 2001 Formula/75th Anniversary edition for about 8 years now and I absolutely love it! I do miss carburetors though, what a smooth sound 👌

Funny stuff here. Old man trying to focus on what he is doing, and not destroying anything.

I could feel it here as I watch it on  u tube......Beautiful car buddy, I have always loved the 1970-73 trans-am ....She sounded real nice when you stepped on the gas, the way a true pure American muscle car should sound......Did you buy this rare gem new?....Loved the video, thanks
