Ingredients
3 chicken breast or 6 chicken tenders
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Tbsp butter
6 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1/4 tsp white pepper or 1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 med white onion
1/2 Med red onion
Small bunch of chopped cilantro or parsley
Serve with rice, side salad, and fresh fries
