After almost 2 years of my books being in storage, it's finally time to set up my brand new bookshelves and reunite all my books together again!
Slightly chaotic, slightly awkward, but I'm very proud of this video and the end result (I can't stop staring at my new shelves lol), and I can't wait to see what you guys think! πŸ’–βœ¨

It’s refreshing to see a booktuber with similar reading interests to my own. It’s hard finding videos where majority of the books aren’t fantasy. Your bookshelves came out great!

I'm so glad your channel was in my recommendations, it's always great to find new booktubers who like literary fiction. I'd love a bookshelf/collection tour video!

You have an amazing collection! Would love to see a bookshelf tour where you talk through the collection and show us your favorites etc. Maybe in several parts since there's so much to see :)

"Bookshelf extenders?" What sweet sorcery is this?! This was the antidote to watching Ashley Tisdale send her husband out to buy 400 books to "decorate" her empty shelves. For organizing, something I learned from Dana K. White (here on YT) is to ask, "Where would I look for this first?" Not where "should" I put this or what category will it fit in--because some books could go in a lot of different categories! So the key is to work WITH your brain. I have a TBR shelf, (OK, shelves!) divided by fiction & non-fiction, reference books, favourites & ones that I re-read every year, etc. And then because I have bookcases in every room, books in the bedroom lean toward fiction, whereas reference books stay in my office. The Dewy Decimal System would definitely not work for me, because that's not how my brain works--but holla to all the librarians out there!
  • please please please do a book shelf tour and, if you can, show EVERY book or at least a solid shot of each shelf. i’ve never found a booktuber with taste as similar to mine and i neeeeeed to see everything you have 😭❀️

Wow very lovely bookshelves it resembles so much my new one that I ordered recently but with a brown color as my home furniture is brown but there is a difference in one thing that I don't have such English books collection which makes me so sad because English books are so expensive in my country and I can barely have some, the books I've collected through my entire life is Arabic and french as I am an author, because my country is fluent in french more than English, if you want to get rid next time of some books I will be glad to receive them in my home and I will be thankful indeed. By the way I love the way that you can build a new shelves to the ordinary ones wow that's so nice to have more rooms to more books.

  • So glad I found your channel! Its really hard to find Australian booktubers on here. It's really nice to see so many of my favourite Australian authors on here, like Jane Harper, Craig Silvey, Trent Dalton and, of course, one of my favourite series, tomorrow when the war began by John Marsden. Love your bookshelf set up btw. Keep up the great videos : ).
