Beef Caldereta with Cheese

Ingredients

1kg beef sirloin
1 tsp white liquor
2 bell peppers
1 carrot
2 potatoes
1 head garlic
1 onion
450g can of green peas
1/2 can of 85g liver spread
1 tsp tomato paste
2pcs 200g tomato sauce
5 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Bay leaves
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp salt (used pink salt)
1 cup grated cheese
butter
1 beef cube

Procedure
1. Saute the potatoes and carrot and set aside.
2. Saute the garlic, onion and bell pepper and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add the beef and season with soy sauce, pepper, white liquor, Worcestershire sauce and bay leaves.
4. Cover and simmer.
5. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, beef cube, liver spread, salt and pepper.
6. Cover and cook for 1-2 hours until beef is tender.
7. Add potatoes, carrot, cheese, and sautรฉed garlic, onion and bell pepper.
8. Simmer and serve hot.
