Choppy Morning Haulover Inlet Boats
Haulover Inlet is a man-made channel in Miami-Dade County, Florida. It connects the northern end of Biscayne Bay with the Atlantic Ocean. The inlet was cut in 1925 through a narrow point in the sand between the cities of Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles.

The inlet entrance channel is 400 feet wide and 14 feet deep. It's dangerous to navigate because it features:
Sandbars
Rock walls
Strong tide currents
Gusty onshore winds

There is no speed limit at Haulover Inlet.

    Did anybody notice that the last boat in this video had a drone following it? It first shows up in the top left corner of the frame at 10:07. Then watch it blow right past the Cigarette at 11:28.

    How foolish can someone be - the 18 second mark. No life vest and riding on to of (not in - on) the bow cover in a heavy chop.
