Great statement! You don’t want to look what you want from someone, you make a list of what you want in life!”

Sometimes I feel like the longer I’m single the harder it is to find someone. My standards keep getting higher haha.
  • I follow and love your videos Jay. This one felt like it's made for me. Eased out a lot of tangles in my heart. Wishing you and everyone here love, light, peace and abundance 💖 PS: love that t shirt 😊

This is brilliant. You clearly take apart the whole subject and help to explain the subject deeper and as should be. Hope that makes sense 😬 much respect!
  • Face to Face every single time :-) how I have been gotten into every relationship. It shows a persons true personality..even if they are awkward..they tried and that is way more endearing

Use technology for people far from you and time for people close by. Definitely something to ponder about.

... I never felt hurt by partner, in fact we were deeply and happily in love for more than two years. We accepted eachother completely for who we were, but when depression hit me hard, I began to shut down and ultimately pushed them away. Hadnt learned how to share deep pain or scars yet with out the fear of loss. About 3 years later, we are trying to reconnect but it's not easy, as it's online, and because other sources in my life are placing undue stress and anxiety on me, which is effecting my ability to communicate genuinely and clearly. In person we are able to communicate more freely and can read each other much easier. But they're conflicted and with all the emotions between us, its unclear when to try and shift back to another face to face meeting. We will need to if we want to succeed though, but it's going to take as much time as it needs to.

I think I listened to this 20 times today as I really needed this to help me through some challenges in my relationship: "Respecting each other’s priorities is very powerful..... When you grow individually, separate from each other, when you come together you are going to grow each other". THANK YOU!

Jay I honestly don’t think I’ll ever have a real relationship....relationships these days are just like you stated...I’m now accepting the fact that I need to love myself but still can’t get rid of feeling lonely an helpless 😔hopefully I’ll meet someone soon enough

I am American and met a nice British guy on an American cruise, and dated him for a year. I'm glad I did it, but yes, it was very difficult, since he lived across the sea, but I think it's fascinating dating someone who has a completely different background and culture than me.
