I lived in Singapore for 8 years. Every time I landed back in Changi was always a "Ahhh....civilisation again" moment.

The guy handling the birds is just living his life HAHAHAHAH
  • Poor Kyle. It's one thing after another for the poor lad. However, he takes it all in strides and positivity. What a lovely positive, happy guy. We need a show that just follows Kyle around on his holiday adventure. Hahahaha

That guy at 14:36 or so is so blessed. None of my family would stump me a bus ticket to the city centre let alone pay for a flight!!!!

Can't wait to come back to Changi - my favourite airport . Will be there in October 2022 for the 9th time if not counting my first landing by sea during its construction in April 1979 as a Vietnamese boat person
  • Why the man at 9:55 has such confidence to travel internationally without any ticket or credit card?

Not sure if Tongs mum even knew she had a son

Miss Nina Amalina, with the beautiful purple eye shadow, was an absolute gem. Calm without mothering, efficient but reassuring, pleasant but earnest, exceedingly polite without being distant or officious, and above all: empathising of the passenger in distress. Having travelled most of my life as a diplomat's child, I have seen most every culture, and Ms. Amalina is honestly a wonderful exception to the state of virtually all airport customer support staff worldwide, which is de fakto burned out. The absurd level of stress airports impose on travellers and staff alike -- even those not on the autism spectrum like myself -- makes even slight problems, seem like the end of the world. This woman should be commended.
  • Wow! Changi Airport workers are very efficient, helpful, friendly and pleasant. Very service oriented. I enjoyed watching the interaction between airport workers and passengers.

26:21 This dude travels half way around the world to Singapore and wants to travel to exotic place Bali, but he has no money. LOL.
  • Wish all airports were like this ! Beautiful and the staff are amazing !
  • Awesome people @ Changi! The macaw they keep talking about is an African Grey, one of the world’s smartest birds, & hope he’s free of bird flu so he can continue on his trip!

Passenger agents - world class - Amazing -
  • I remember sleeping at the Changi airport check-in area when I missed my flight home and the earliest flight was 12hrs later. That was back in 2016. I wish the Jewel was built by then, I would've enjoyed my stay there lol

I think they should have folks qualified with horse handling to work operations where racehorses are involved. I especially think the owners/owners personal handlers should be there to help transfer the horse, it would reduce risk of injury and possibly make things run smoother and faster.
