Step 1 of getting better in OW: expect your teammates to always to always be shitters. step 2: never join voice. step 3: always think about how u could improve (since your team will always be shitters) instead of blaming them.

In my experience, if you come into chat level headed most people tend to calm down. It's only really an issue when people want to blame you specifically, so you feel the need to be defensive on instinct because obviously if you're getting blamed you don't want to hear that. Sometimes people just want something to be mad at, if they just get angrier I tend to mute and just communicate with the rest of my team.

I had the reinhardt Kenshiro on my team twice when I was playing support and he would always blame supps and dps and not himself when he was getting completely diffed. Glad to see him featured in this video
