Playing the commander just turns the game into an RTS with less obedient AI

People don't know but Battlefield 2142 was the first to reward you with the player tags of anyone you knifed. And there was a menu you could go and look at all the player tags you collected and how many of each player.

I WOULD say that 2042 should bring back Titan mode, but I don’t expect EA to be supportive of anything that makes people happy.

Rushing the enemy titan right at the end of a match and bailing before the explosion with you and the enemy team running together was such a fun experience

Titan mode made this the best Battlefield, very well balanced and a focus on squad/team play.

I like that you use ace combat megalith theme when explaining the titan mode, seems fitting.

BF2142 was the most balance, team focused BF of the series in my opinion. I put days into this game because team play was so important it created a social environment that was amazing. Would love to see a remake
