    No, not climate change, It is the people who contribute to this problem. Matigas ang ulo ng karamihan ng Pinoy. Education is the key. Ituro sa mga school from Grade 1 na masama at hindi dapat mag tapon ng basura kung saan-saan. You never heared this problem in Singapore, Why? because, mostly, Singaporean are disciplined people.
