One personal thing my wife and I appreciate about your channel is y'alls stance when both of y'all saying "God is good all the time", (past, present and gonna be). I found that is the only stance that matters. He matters most. Thanks for preserving y'alls content as it is probably time consuming itself.

I’m going to have to get a “Heidi” notebook. I can see a time coming when so much of what you teach us will be unavailable. There is a saying that you need to pick your battles, so I personally wouldn’t give any credence to someone who would tell you that you should stand up to YouTube. Growing up, I never thought our freedom of speech would be so compromised. On another note, I have have cream cheese, so that’s going in the dehydrator today. Thank you for everything you do!! Hi, Heidi. I learned from Linda Runyun's EAT THE TREES years ago that you can substitute up to 50% of wheat flour for any other vegetable flour (i.e. zucchini) and still have the texture of gluten breads.

I'm so happy you only do dehydrated! I have a cosori too and I really only want to dehydrate. It seems like almost everyone is freeze drying. It's good to know that most everything CAN be dehydrated! Thank you for showing us cream cheese!
