Its really cool to see that I have unlocked so many of these titles that are "rare.' Gives meaning to all the time and effort I put in.

New players don’t even know about “Legendary Sea Dog”

I didnt know the legendary skeleton exploder was rare, I've had that for so long.

You forgot 'Noble of the Waters' and 'Lord of the Ashes'. Each require you to reach lvl1000 in the associated PVP Hourglass faction.

The Master of Arms title stays on at all times.

I got legendary hunter a while ago (it helped that Ive been playing since hunters call was made a thing.) Never really fished at all. Just got them from floating barrels and shipwrecks. It'll take a while either way but shipwrecks typically give you 4 or 5 fish each and they're usually already cooked. It helps if that's something you're going for in the long run.

Okay I really need to tell you a story that happened a couple days ago when me and my friend were sailing. We were one of the last two player ships on the server so chance encounters were a lot higher, we were getting chased by a big Meg and chased us into a kraken, then a skelly fleet event started close enough to where a galleon spotted us and we got all the three big bads in one major I think extremely rare event. I’ve tried looking online to see if this has happened to anyone else. My friend was telling me he swear it was the shrouded ghost but I couldn’t figure out in time how to capture the event. I dunno what the spawn-pool was thinking but I think that might have been historical. Do you know how that might have happened? I would love an explanation if you could conjure up one. yesterday i was thinking of making / convincing someone to make a video with this exact premise, what a crazy coincidence and tysm for making it :)

I grinded so long for “beholder of buried treasures” i will never change it. It doesn’t sound like much but you have to complete all commendations from the “buried treasures” bilge rat section (around 36). That includes having to do the shores of gold tall tale. And some very annoying commendations with a cannon rowboat (i went insane after regularly spending hours every session to find one)

Spammals has four shrouded ghosts. There’s also I believe 2 or 3 (I can only confirm 1 other) other individual that does Meg fleets and has four shrouded ghosts.

I would say the Athena animal commendation is probably quite rare as well, since you have to deliver 500 animals on time, on merchant voyages, with the only reward being the title, whereas the cargo one at least gives you some of the legendary set

I have all of these apart from legend of the shrouded ghost and the hour glass ones. But I do have the regular hunter of the shrouded ghost. Which is the only title I'll ever use. Unless i find 4 more shrouded ghosts.....

I literally saw a shrouded ghost yesterday. But our sloop was being chased by an angry reaper galleon which wanted our heads so much that they ignored the ghost AND the afk sloop that just cleared a FOF right next to them. Losing out on such a chance hurts.

Being able to dive and do low tier dig quests with the reapers mark will be the fastest way to get the cursed voyager title. Nice, comfortable, and safe
