* Ab roller x12
* Weighted Leg raises x12 (10/15 lb DB)
* Russian Twist w/ DB x 12 (10/15lb DB)
3 rounds of this circuit - 90 sec rest after each round

Then Ab Machine- 10 reps (110lbs) x 3 rounds - 30 sec rest after each round
