This gentle flow practice is designed to help open the hips, an area of the body where we hold built up physical and emotional tension.

This practice is great:
- Any time of day
- After sitting, standing, walking, running, biking
- For those looking to decrease sciatic and low back pain
- For those with tight or stiff hips
- To connect with and boost creativity, passion & flow

What you need for this practice:
- Your body
- 20 minutes of your day
- A place to practice (yoga mat encouraged)
- Optional: Blocks

Remember to modify when needed and take care of yourself, this is YOUR practice.
