    Really enjoyed listening to him calmly dish out wisdom and humor. Video shouldn't have been trimmed off.
  • This is amazing. I love his humility, not ascribing more credit to himself than he believe he should be given- humility In action. I am fascinated by the story of his student recommending him for her father’s company. I admire the simplicity of how he lives…he does not overly consume. Apparently, he is a brilliant teacher - a lesson about mortgage in minutes.
  • Egbert Perry is an Horatio Alger story. Herman J. Russell, Sr. was also a recipient of the Horatio Alger award. I worked for The Russell Company with both Herman Russell and Egbert Perry. Herman J. Russell was tough in building a company transform communities through joint ventures with minority companies and majority companies. The revitalization of communities continue through the work of The Integral Group. “The Mixed-Income Community is seamlessly integrated in communities where people have the same amenities even though they have different financial access (i.e., income).
