We made a 2 day visit to "Magnolia Land" back last November. My wife got "hooked" watching Fixer Upper while on the treadmill at the gym. I was more impressed with the dream come to life. We bought a few things. I was impressed with Clint Harp's work and visited his place closer in town. Fun, solid people who share their standards of "home".

Chip reminds me so much of my husband who passed (at 48 y/o) in 2002. I miss the Fairy Tale we had.....I love watching Chip & Joanna....it reminds me of my wonderful life.

My sister and I took a road trip to Texas in 2019 and went first to Waco to see the Gains's place . Jo is sweet and humble and beautiful and Chip is so funny and will try about anything ..darling personalities ! He's handsome too , they are a great couple !
