    She "tried to turn the blame" for the state of the prisons on the government which has allowed the system to collapse over the last fourteen years?

    Прежде чем беженцев принимать с их менталитетом, надо было прежде подумать о системе наказания их менталитета, не тюрьмы надо строить, а на остров Святой Елены их отправлять и образование давать.

    Please, the Economist give proper context to the issue 1. Golan Heights is Syrian territory calling it Israeli occupied without context is absurd. 2. Hezzbollah have issued a denial of these particular strike, in fact they rarely target the Golan Heights with rockets. 3. There are credible reports that the missile was from the Israeli iron dome that went awry.
