This did help indeed and honestly happy to be part of the community

Don't forget: if you are not on fast battles, you can close your game right after you see something not working correctly. That way when you restart your CB key is not lost and you can do multiple retries with same key if needed.

This is what makes me happy that I had such a solid team when I ran Demytha. I've tried so many times to set up Demytha teams for people and they always seem to go sideways at one point or another. I ran Minaya as my lead. Without even knowing it I solved all the problems of a Myth/Heir in one champion. 19% speed aura force champion to cover Heiress on spirit. xD

I hope this video goes viral in the raid community. An excellent presentation of something many have difficulty with.

Very useful information ... so much great content from this channel that helps with the game !!

The moment in your video you said that too many buffs was a problem. The easiest solution I seen was to remove farhkin for an ally attack that doesn't have 2 buffs or any buffs added to the team. Which would make room for block damage

One thing to note is that the DWJ calculator doesn't take account of Area Bonuses. I found my unkillable not working because the area bonuses were affecting the relative speed requirements. I assumed that 1 speed in Area Bonus is equal to 1 speed True Speed and that seemed to work, but not sure if that's the official rule.

I had the same problem, with Fatman being the cause that Elva dies. And now I can turn off Draco's A3. So he pumps more poisons on the boss. Thanks for the insight, watching CB runs at 01:30 to find problems are also not advised.
  • This was very informative! Will I go speed tune my team...eh, maybe. It's a LOT of work for a game. ;)

Last week i copied this tune from your video with deadwood, and i have the same problem, 10 buffs on champions. I take out Fatman and put in Fenax...problem solved, doing 90mil plus on ultra nightmare, Fenax and Anax doing 35M each. Thank you!!

Thank you for all of the excellent information. One random question. How do you get the clan boss turn count to show on the result screen? Mine only shows time. Thanks!
  • @medusa_007
Never speed tuned because it always failed but it has shown me how difficult it is only being nearly 4 months in after the F2P challenge because I changed all my heroes builds for Hydra to get Methrala.

I like these kind of videos because I've built a ton of unkillable teams. I enjoy trying to figure out why they are failing. I was going to suggest for force affinity to put Fahrakin back in and turn off his A3. I'm curious to see what kind of damage he does with his A3 turned off. I should also add that Anax would make a great add in for force affinity. He hits like a truck when he's built right
  • @Dharin.
Good logic train going to destination, fix the tune ;)
  • @keykey806
Thank you for such a detailed step by step guide / analysis! Have you checked the altered speed tune against Spirit affinity? I have simulated the slow DPS speed change to 193 as shown in the video and it syncs in the simulator for all affinities but Spirit. As for the buffs solution, I was afraid that we will have to swap Fahrakin for some other DPS (he brings burn for my Rathalos). Now I have to find another burn champion im my roster who brings enough DPS or swap Rathalos for another DPS too. But the Spirit affinity bothers me much more now... could you please check it in your tune?

To confirm what you believe, the continuous heal does go on the champion with the lowest percentage HP, and if all percentages are equal, then it goes to the leader. Placing Seeker in the lead could possibly eliminate the problem. Seeker taking the extra turn causes him to drop buffs. Pretty sure you can verify this in the calculator. I believe it gives her heal buffs to whoever is in the lead. Everyone would need to go faster without Elva's aura, though. And it might be worth removing her Revenge accessory. For the same reason you skip Cycle of Magic, a 5% chance to throw things off is just too unreliable.

Comment before finishing the vide: I dont think extra shield buffs should be a problem, they stack/replace on each other on 1 single buff, i think probably the continuous heal was the problem, and fahraking can actually make elva attack a lot of times if he gets a lot of resets, so that can be a problem too. Also i dont think changing Fayne's speed does anything because that does not change how seeker interacts, and elva is cleaning anyway first on the next turn, and fayne doesnt actually bring any tm or buffs relevant to that, unless for some reason her A1 could get bonus tm from the CB but she steals so probably not
