That woman is so disgusting for harassing a family with a terminally ill child. It blows my mind that a grown adult could do something so vile.
  • @meilikino
seeing the abrupt transition from creepy, uncomfortable, gritty and dark to just wendigoon is so funny
  • @Dust_andAshes
That poor YouTuber who thought his wife was just sleeping. I'm so glad that he could grieve and process things with the help of his subs!

2:44 "and uh i warn you, what you're about to hear is very disturbing indeed." "AHGWOIAHGOIHGGHGHGHNHHHBGHBHOIQHFHIAIIAIAOOOAOOAOOOOOIIIIIIGJHHHHHHH"

i find the idea of someone gouging their eyes out and then having to go through the laborious process of mailing them to youtube's headquarters - all without being able to see - unintentionally hilarious
  • Harrison Okene actually changed his mind about never going back to sea. After a while, he overcame his fear and ended up becoming a certified commercial diver. I believe it was motivated by wanting to help and give back the same way the divers that saved his live did.

wendigoon really knows how to make everything less scary. Edit: holy crap, didn't expect this random comment to blow up.

I grew up super religious and the sounds from hell was shown to us as a completely real audio to scare us as kids. Now i know its not even plausible, but it does make me angry that they tried to scare us into staying religious. Still freaks me out to this day because of my childhood.

The guy who got stuck under water in the boat actually went back on his promise of staying away from water and is now a rescue diver himself :)))))
  • @herbicide
love that everyone did their segments in their own style, the switch from dark & creepy to lovely wendigoon immediately thanking nick was delightful

I second the warnings about Leighton Labute. "Low IQ and severely autistic" is a ridiculous basis for the judge to assume he is unlikely to re-offend. The first Argentine serial killer, Cayetano Santos Godino "AKA" Petiso Orejudo was severely autistic and had a low IQ, and that did not prevent him from murdering several children and being an arsonist as well.

I’m convinced this channel is actually just an experiment to see how many times you can use the phrase “to this day” on a YouTube channel
  • its truly horrible how a woman could harass a mother and child in their last moments, may they rest in peace
  • @bigben3922
Damn Nick Crowley really went “you want a Halloween special?” And got fuckin blameitonjorge, barelysociable, disturban, nexpo, and Wendigoon all in one dark iceberg video. Fucking amazing

The divers who rescued the guy—and the man himself—did an amazing job. Perfectly communicated everything that needed to be done, when, how to do it, in such a calm and positive way that even without any diving experience they all got out calmly and quickly with zero trip ups. Really outstanding job by everyone involved. Communication with rescuees, divers, and the dive master up top are absolutely vital and the way everyone handled the situation was perfect. Total textbook example of how to rescue dive properly. I sort of wonder if the guy thought he was just hallucinating, because he remained extremely calm the whole time. (Also side note, the voices are high because they are on Tri-Mix gas, which is Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Helium)

My dad met and befriended Chalino when he worked as a valet in LA in the early 90s. Apparently, he promised to buy me a classic mustang for my quinceñera. It's kinda haunting knowing that he held me as a baby since I didn't know anything about him until my dad told me.

Trapped in a sunken tugboat for 60 hours, in a small bathroom, halfway submerged in water, with just darkness and probably sea creatures around you, is just plain unimaginable 😰
  • @baneblade__
It's morbidly funny to me that Nick just talked about spooky youtube hoaxes, but when it comes to Wendigoon he's just talking about people straight up dying.
