China’s strategy is always growing itself to improve the still- low living standard of its people no matter USA is declining or continuing to be the leader. China does not want to be the enemy of anybody, but only defending its own interests. American’s first priority is preventing any nation from potentially surpassing its power. That’s the difference.

As a Chinese, I Do NOT agree "China is already a Super power".  Why? China has only the second largest Net GDP which count under USD system, even though the Chinese Purchasing power parity GDP already exceeded US. from year 2017. Till the end of 2019, China has the largest quantity of warships but their total tonnage was only 2,200,000 tons to be worldwide second largest (US. navy is the first largest which has 3,200,000 tons warships). US. navy has 10 aircraft carriers, But China only has 2 aircraft carriers (before end of this year the Third Chinese aircraft carrier would launch. before end of 2024, the fourth Chinese aircraft carrier would launch). Since Year 2014, China navy has the annual biggest total tonnage of new warships. since Year 2001, China has the biggest cement manufacture capacity till today. on Year 2019, China only has 66% of Global cement manufacture capacity. Since Year 1996, China has the biggest crude steel manufacture capacity till today. on Year 2019, China has only 53.3% of the Global crude steel manufacture capacity. Since Year 2011, China has the biggest Electricity power generation till today. on Year 2019, China has only 27.8% of the Global total Electricity power generation(US. has 16.3%, India has 5.1%, Russia has 4.1%, Japan has 3.8%). Since June 30th 2020, the Beidou Satellite Navigation System from China officially cover whole surface of the earth ( which also can provide global service to Precision guided missile). On Year 2020, the best mass-produced manufacturing process of advanced chips is only 7 Nano, which equal to the level of US. advanced chips.  But US. taking 68% share of global Market of chips design, Chinese mainland only taking 13% share, Chinese Taiwan taking 16% share. Even after Chinese mainland take over Chinese Taiwan, US. still has much more global Market share than China on this industry. Till Year 2019, about the scale of population which has got at least collage education level:  the data of China is 18.6%, But the data of US. is 35%. US. has more scale of higher educated population than China. About neclear power: China has only 18 Nuclear submarines on active duty. each nuclear submarine can carry at least 12 pcs long range strategic ballistic missiles.  each such strategic ballistic missile has at least 3 Small-yield tactical nuclear warheads. Among those 18 nuclear submarines, there are 6 highest level nuclear submarines which each can carry 20 pcs New style strategic ballistic missiles. Each New style strategic ballistic missile has 8 tactical neclear sub_warheads. So Chinese navy has at least 1392 pcs neclear weapons.  Chinese land basic military has at least 36 pcs model DF-41 Intercontinental missiles that each has 10 neclear sub_warheads. Chinese land basic military also has least 12 pcs DF-5A and at least 12 pcs DF-5B that each can also carry 10 neclear sub_warheads. So the Chinese land basic military has at least total 600 pcs neclear weapons. If we suppose the Chinese airforce has only 8 pcs neclear bombs, in summary China has at least 2000 pcs neclear weapons. But Russia has 6500 pcs neclear weapons, US. has 6185 pcs. China may only has the Third quantity of neclear weapons. On Year 2019, China has total 3210 military aircrafts on active duty, US has 13264 military aircrafts, Russia has 4196 aircrafts. Compare   the quantity of aircrafts on active duty, China's position is only the Third. on Year 2020, US. has total 374 public overseas military bases, Russia has 12 of that, But China has only one in Djibouti on the Red sea 's coast. on Year 2017, about 17.3% Chinese population are over 60 years old, about 12.5% US. population are over 65 years old. US. has better structure of population. Till today, China still can NOT help Sikkim (be invaded by India on Year 1973) to achieve their restoration of National sovereignty. China also did nothing to help those poor lower Caste Races in India to live better, also did nothing to help the Maoist armed forces (most from the Eastern and Center Indian poor population that be oppressed by North &West Indian capital group). But the US. already taken the initiative to intervene in other countries’ internal affairs and help groups with close political ideas for decades. About modern war records: In the most impoverished years of 1950s, Chinese troops although succeeded in pushing the United Nations army back to the border of South Korea from the 38th parallel, but they made great sacrifices. In very impoverished years of 1960s, Chinese troops won the war but lost much benefit. China although succeeded in holding Aksai Chin(in north of Kashmir), But gave up a big plain in southern Tibet(India calls it Arunachal) because China had very inefficient logistics supply line in Tibet at that time. Although China's railway is about to link Nepal now, and the logistics supply system in Tibet is very efficient, but China still has not been greedy to gain territory like India (such as retaking Arunachal or even the entire Northeast State of India). But the U.S. already captured a large area of its south western neighbor ​​Mexico through war on about 170 years ago. So, in summary, US. is the real Super power. But China is not Yet a "Super power", is still a " huge power " or a "developing country". If China is really on the way to be a Super power, China should do at least these things: Built more overseas military bases; Develop the western China well; Improve the high education level to exceed the scale of US. population; Built a Global RMB Currency settlement system which can compete with USD system; Manufacture more military aircrafts to achieve at least 2/3 of the quantity in US.; Manufacture at least 4 neclear aircraft carriers to protect the Chinese overseas investment by keeping enough long-range deterrence; manufacture and maintain more nuclear weapons to keep the horrible balance Among US. and Russia.

My prediction is there won't be one super power in the world but multiple super power will arise. Hey! Variety is the spice of life.
