Fun Fact: David Calhoun CEO (Boeing) made $32.77 million last year in salary 💰
  • that man leaving with 32 million dollars is absolutely disgusting.

Hawly was right on point. I don't agree with the guy on other stuff... But in this hearing, he asked the important questions.

    No accountability for politicians
  • Individuals should be held accountable according to the government representatives. Shouldn't this also apply to the government representatives also?
  • @refagat007js
As a former Boeing employee im glad I'm former😊😅
  • @dean9327
2 whistle blowers deceased should shut down boeing

After getting delivery of planes how does airlines maintains their planes do they hire right technicians and original parts for their fleets? 🤔
  • @bdot02
Fun Fact: Boeing Aerospace, the company that makes planes, is not certified to AS9100 standards, the standard created by aerospace companies to certify that companies' quality systems are good enough to make parts for aerospace. They also have the privilege of sitting on the board that define such standards.

No people held accountable and by the sound of it the insurance company paid out so didn't really come out of boeing's pocket. So the only repercussions is damage to reputations. So no real justice or deterrent admitted.

A BSC manager got brought back after 3 years, who got arrested for tax fraud in the same high paying position. We had a slew of people who got fired for the same offense. They didn't get their jobs back
  • Man I really wanted him to ask so wtf was the 45% raise for? Did your board just look at last year and say wow you really did so good we gonna give you a raise that is so big you could give literally 1000 employees a 10k raise instead.
  • They may have had more focus on quality if they did not attack other manufacturers to eliminate competition. They put our Bombardier C Series out of business so we had to give it away to Airbus. Now, these planes are a great success via Airbus and these planes are a generation more advanced than Boing planes.
  • Nothing wrong with using dish soap as a lubricant when installing rubber seals. Works great and doesn't damage the rubber.

Poor employees, I feel sorry for those who were and are being bullied. These managers need to straighten up!! This guy fostered a culture of bullying and threatening those who messed with his pay rise. 32 million? Which also lead to the deaths of hundreds of innocent people

They’re giving him a $45 million parachute made of gold when he retires this year. It’s for when he flies on his planes.
