🇮🇳 Indian Street Food in Bengaluru:    • Indian Street Food - King of EGG FRIE...
👕 T-shirts: store.migrationology.com/

We’re going on a full Indian street food tour through the South Indian state of Karnataka! From Mangaluru (Mangalore) to Bengaluru (Bangalore), we’ll try some of the tastiest Indian food and see some incredible behind the scenes of what goes into the cooking.

In this full documentary I’ll show you all the incredible meals from our road trip in Karnataka, India!

We’ll begin this adventure in Mangalore, famous for seafood, especially fish fry. They coat all fish in a thick masala paste, and tawa fry them in coconut oil. The result is a plaster of masala that keeps the fish moist with an insane amount of flavor. Also, you can't miss the original ghee roast! It was great to hang out with Martin and ‪@JoelsTastyRide‬

We continued to Coorg, where we met up with my great friend ‪@FoodNTravel‬ in the mountains to learn all about the local food and eat a famous dish unlike any other dish I’ve had in India.

Next up on this Indian street food tour, we’ll visit Mysore (Mysuru), a cultural capital of India, known for a variety of delicious foods - and it didn’t let us down.

Finally we’ll meet up with ‪@FoodLoversTV‬ in Bengaluru (Bangalore), home to a near endless variety and quantity of Indian food. From 1000 kilo pots of biryani, to an Uncle who makes some of the greatest ever fried rice, you can eat non-stop in Bengaluru!

Join me on this incredible Indian food tour in Karnataka, India!

So, please stop being rude about him taking a much deserved break. Appreciate all that he has done and brought to you on this channel over the years. Mark owes no one NOTHING! Mark's ability to ignore the exhaust fumes, ugliness and noise and to focus on the great food and kind, proud people is a lesson for all of us from wealthy countries who live in developing countries.
  • I’m catching up with your videos after awhile and really like the summary and voice over part that you added to the beginning and still kept to your authentic style of showcasing the food and people. Micah is so big now too! It’s still so cool and amazing to me (who has a 5 year old and 2 year old boys) that you travel everywhere with him. All the best to you and your family.
