I’m recovering from addiction to substances and end treatment next month. Your selections and voice have softened this difficult re-birth into who I really am. The most difficult thing for me has been stripping away of the concepts which my mind has clung to, in desperation. I can feel the Great spirit holding my body and mind, the revealing of what I thought I was. 🙏🙏🙏

At this moment there is nothing, there is no Jaya speaking there is no me listening ,There is this ising, this empty presence all that is. This feeling of nowness experiencing whatever is, and all is OK as it is, thank you thank you.🙏❤️

Thank you Jayasara. Many years ago I was a Theravadin novice nun at Wat Buddha Dhamma north of Sydney. It was a very difficult but also precious time. It is wonderful to encounter someone in this tradition who is so open to the expression of Truth in other spiritual paths, & quite miraculous to me that so many of your postings are in traditions that I have since embraced. The simplicity & directness of Theravadin Buddhism still speaks to my heart as well. Blessings dear sister, & gratitude, 💙🌈
