This is a copy of my letter to YouTube regarding my 5 minute video appeal of their decision to suspend monetization on my HDCOLORS YouTube channel for copyrighted content reuse. I won my appeal with this letter and a video of me showing them my OPEN SOURCE photo video kaleidoscope software, my creative process and the legal licenses and receipts for the flower images. They've checked out my websites and determined that I am NOT being deceptive to the public. This is my real full-time job for Uncle Sam and the United Nations. They are making an ONLINE EDUCATIONAL EXAMPLE out of me. I'm living an EDUCATIONAL SYMBOLIC ALLEGORY designed to solve a lot of social and ecological problems all-at-once in one-fell-swoop with advanced computer science and advanced brain science. I just live my life and share my TRUE STORY ONLINE and try to be EDUCATIONAL about it all. I passed all their Community Guidelines safety checks and I'm back in good standing with YouTube in their YouTube Partner Program. I showed them my hdcolors.com/ website and HDCOLORS YouTube channel. I showed them the Beta video. I purchased 75 Enhanced Licenses for about $4,800 which legally enables me to create monetized and copyrighted computational derivative art with unlimited viewership. I can legally sell my own 4K Blu-ray videos made from these flower images. I can create monetized YouTube videos. So far, I have chosen NOT to monetize these two videos as I am using these relaxing videos for educational scientific critical discussion purposes. I will provide you with screenshots of my Shutterstock account showing my receipts for Enhanced Licenses. All of our antiquated human systems from before the digital era are corrupt, dysfunctional and broken. The scientists have a plan to FIX the WHOLE SYSTEM with advanced computer science and advanced brain science. They're fixing all the health care systems, all the banking systems, all the legal systems and all the political systems with superintelligent artificial general intelligence. Our whole for-profit health care system is totally screwed up. Medicare doesn't cover mental health care. You can't find a therapist who takes Medicare. You can see a psychiatrist through a health care clinic on short-term basis with a 50% co-pay, but you can't receive long-term affordable mental health care on Medicare. Most of the psychiatrists and therapists are set-up for Medicaid. With my Social Security Disability income, I don't qualify for Medicaid. The State of Washington Department of Social and Health Service has a health care program called Healthcare for Workers with Disabilities (DSHS HWD) which is a Medicaid-based supplemental to Medicare that covers everything Medicare does NOT for people like me who are working part-time or self-employed and earning a part-time income. Because of my YouTube HDCOLORS channel kaleidoscope revenues, I qualify for this program. I suffer from extremely low motivation. I have trouble motivating myself to brush my own teeth. It's a MAJOR EFFORT to do it for me. I'm losing teeth. I had to get my last molar on the upper left side of my mouth extracted and a dental implant inserted at the same time. Because my insurance doesn't cover oral surgery, the oral surgeon charged me $6500 for about two hour's worth of work including all follow-ups. That was just for the extraction and implant NOT including the crown that attaches to it. He knew I was poor. I just needed the ability to chew on the left side of my mouth. I paid for it with my father's life insurance money, which was exactly $6500 after him paying for his life insurance for his whole adult life. He was a poor diabetic on insulin that he had to pay for. The bright colors are enough for her to distinguish between them and she loves being able to call out "now it's blue! now it's green!" when normally in books and movies she can't distinguish between different characters and things like her older brother with normal vision. I love kaleidoscopes and fractals! I have severe cerebral palsy and epilepsy. Watching fractals helps me relax. Unfortunately, flashes and quick changes on a screen trigger my seizures. As a result, it's hard to find fractals a can watch safely. So far, this is the only high quality vid that doesn't cause me to seize. Thank you for creating and posting it! It helps me cope with my disability!

I've been smoking weed to this every morning since I was a junior in high school. 11 years ago. I will go outside and sit on the front porch and watch the sun come up with my head phones on. And just enjoy the warm sun bathe my skin. With a nice cup of orange juice. This is the most peaceful music I've ever heard.

Ive been going through a kundalini awakening for some years now and ive been through some extreamly traumatic things during my awakening. I used to listen to this music 5 years ago before I got my kundalini awakening. I used to love it deeply and also play in at the kindergarden where I worked as background music while the kids were sleeping. During my kundalini awakening ive experienced hallucinations, pain in body and extreame emf sensitivity. This music helps me deeply. I feel less scared, less angry and less heartbroken. I feel at peace and I can feel kundalini shakti calming down in my body. Forever grateful.

A friend of mine recommended this kind of videos because I can't fall asleep easy. My creative brain won't have silence sometimes. This is really calming for me and interresting to watch. - I really love these video's. Kinda addicted at it at this point, that is for sure! When l watched this specific video for the fist time I painted peacock feathers for weeks. I guess because is saw them moving inside this video. I loved it! - These video's really trigger my creativity and I draw and paint things very different now because of these beautifull images. I always painted very realistic, with dull collors. My creations looked like perfect pictures but didn't show a spark of personality or didn't make a difference from other creaters. Now I use bright colors (somethimes even glow in the dark paint) and I create shapes inside my art to make it abstract and a little trippy. I even hide little, personalized easter eggs in them for the owner to find! - This changed my whole artstyle. And im getting really good at it, I can proudly say. A lot I made where used by people who did dr*gs, they could stare at them for hours lol. But you don't need dr*gs or any thing to love these video's in my opinion. Especially if you have an creative little spark with in you! - Well now i'm watching it for yet another time, goodnight xoxo! - Ps. Im so glad u didn't allow ADS in this masterpiece.
