It was so frustrating that every single time she was advised to remain silent she completely ignored it and felt she knew better than her attorney.

Ms Martinez seems to have an almost impenetrable fog surrounding her. I have a feeling she is one of those people who doesn’t hear you the first 10 times you say something until you shout in her face, then asks ‘why are you being so mean?’ I would have loved to see Judge Boyd take a crack at getting through, but I think her downward descent is unavoidable.

She’s so confused during hearing 11. She has no idea which charges they’re talking about because she’s just had so many.

Why would they give her probation if she can't show to court. The only time she's shows is in jail. And she was way too eager to try to offer anywhere besides treatment so she didn't want to go. If you don't want help, it won't help

I cant even finish watching this its painful to see how she is manipulating the court on multiple occasions. Its as if she is laughing at the court a big game to her. What a Lost cause

Hearing #3: "I've made it to court more times than I have missed..." Weird flex, (especially with 7 bench warrants having been issued), but ok. 🙄 Edit: Just finishing the video. The courts are failing her and all of her victims (past and future). She has a serious addiction problem, and no desire to overcome it. Her history goes back way before this - she has cases in 2017, and even one in PA from 2020 regarding a single-vehicle accident and drugs/paraphernalia found on her person. No surprise her own grandmother passed on housing her; she's a mess of her own making.

1. This girl just can not get out of her own way. 2. After the 11 months, her sentence will be complete and no further probation.

I’m sorry, but if it was anyone else or a male, he would be stuck in prison, but this little girl seems to think that it’s all OK and it is according to these judges and her job is a full-time criminal. She’s got some serious felonies going on here and she smiles every time she comes in the court how ridiculous, these judges need to wake up

we all know why she keeps getting into trouble and that because all the charges get dropped so she doesn't even worry about being arrested because she knows there will be no penataly for anything she does. Proscutor will just drop everything
