U can just do both. Youtube pushes those topic channels. Especially for youtube music listeners
  • @asiadae
You can merge your topic channel with your artist channel so that your uploads get automatically added to your artist channel.
  • @mudmane808
you can have your topic and your normal account merged so this isnt rly an issue ion think

PraiseGod Hallelujah It's My Birthday! Happy Birthday To Me!! Almighty Jehovah God My Father And God, You Have Done Me Well, I'm Forever Grateful, Thank You Precious Lord Jesus Christ🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏.
  • This guy is perfect example why you dont take advice from any random person on the internet. You can make that topic channel your official artists channel. And add music to it like a regular channel. Youtube then uses those singles you put out with distrokid in youtube ads, there for you make money from youtube red, youtube ads and youtube music. Youtube pushes those releases out more.

Nah g, use the YouTube button I find topic artists all the time n if I like then I go n try to find they other music or personal page

I’ve been doing dat for the longest cause it’s like 2 separate channels and I wanted all da traffic to go to a specific channel being this one 🔥

Question if you don’t check the YouTube box, and just upload your album on YouTube. How can you Monetize your music if 1000’s of other YouTubers use your music on their monetized pages. Yes you have your page monetized for everything you upload, but how do you get your money from the 1000’s of people posting your music on their personal Monetized pages? I know crabby, distrokid and Tunecore will do it for you, but if your not using them, who do you go through to monetize your music on other peoples pages?

    1. Official Artist Channel. 👌🏻 2. Whether through your aggregator/distributor or a third party YouTube rights management service like AdRev, your masters must be delivered to YouTube for “Content ID” purposes. This topic needs more than a soundbite.
  • @AobeeBashir
The solution is actually easy, just claim your youtube for artist account and everything will be consolidated under your main youtube channel You can still re-upload the song if you want to, and I'd advice you do, but all the numbers will be added together

yeah but we can do both. it can appear as a topic, with that "official audio" they upload for you, but then that will show up on your official artist channel anyway, AND, you can upload your own lyric video or music video or audio video or however you like it (with whatever visuals), and then... if you really don't like the one they uploaded, you can delete those clips.
