Another reactor observed that during the build-up the audience became like part of the band. I thought that, too. The energy of the performance creating an incredible synergy between the musicians and those in the audience. We, too, who are watching the video... get swept up in it all. Phenomenal experience! Mark is one cool genius with his playing and his songwriting, and everyone on stage are top calibre... and certainly were at the top of their game on this Alchemy tour.

Terry William's father attended for the first time his son's gig... and Terry was on fire 🔥 Besides this, the whole band performed incredibly. Thank God we have a record of the show and it is awesome.

That's not just 'that man on the right'. That is Mark Knopfler and finger picking is his 'thing'! Plus Terry Williams was totally on fire. That entire concert was brilliant with the band completely dialled in and letting the music guide them. They were definitely 'in the zone'. If you listen to Telegraph Road then you would have heard Alan Clark on the keyboards completely take it to the next level as well, just like Terry did in this song.
