Features:
-Local Private Server (100% personalizable)
yep, you read that right! A fully personalizable private server that can be accessed through your local host as if it's the actual real thing!! it includes customizing things like:
-Accounts
Those accounts are locally made and have no relation to an actual Dokkan account. You can customize your name, rank, stone count, Zeni count, etc.
-Items
You can give yourself as many items as you want! that includes support, awakening, training, and special items!
-Gifts
You can give yourself gifts.. why? up to you. maybe you wanna show off.
-Cards
You can give yourself any character you want, even custom ones that you have created including Z/Dokkan awakenings. What?!?! Si Señor! you can create your own awakenings that you can combine with events to make your custom units feel like an actual official card!
-Events & Banners
You can either create your own events/banners or sync official ones.

Woah, I saw the unplayables there, too! Lol, once Scythe's released, I'll break the game so bad, cause I decided that the first custom card I'll make playable will be the boss version of Goku from Fighting Legend: Goku!

I can't wait for this to release so that I can create units that are fair, but broken. I'm going to try to maybe make a U6 team that has an LR Kefla, LR Champa and Vados, and even more. I already have the card design for them, (the Kefla and Vados & Champa). I'm super excited to see how broken they are!

Has this came out already, or is it still in testing? Just asking since this looks cool! Quick Edit: Are we able to download this on an emulated runner like bluestacks when it gets released? My phone cant handle normal dokkan, which is why i wanna know
