If you’re new to my channel, my name is Fabian Frank Werner. I have 2 years of experience working in the technology industry, and I’ve been in business for 5 years. I reached a net worth of $25,000 at age 18. I’ve started 3 companies: first, an e-commerce store; second, a productized service agency; and now, I’m building my brand online. Given this is a YouTube channel, and anyone can claim anything, I’ll give you some stuff you can find on the internet to verify below.

How I got here…

July 2019 (15 years old) — I took a student internship at Sumitomo (SHI) Demag. I was involved in computer science, mechatronics, and product design. I participated in the completion of an injection molding machine.

December 2019 (15 years old) — I launched Archivum, an archive fashion e-commerce store, through which I earned my first $10,000 (online). I used social media marketing (mainly short-form content) to drive sales. I developed standard operating procedures. I built spreadsheets around finance-, order-, and product-tracking. I sourced reliable suppliers, enabling fast delivery times.

July 2020 (16 years old) — I took a mini-job at EDEKA.

March 2021 (16 years old) — I quit my mini-job at EDEKA.

August 2021 (17 years old) — I took a summer internship at s.Oliver. I was involved in computer science, management, and fashion design. I participated in the completion of the Fall/Winter 2021-2022 collection.

July 2022 (18 years old) — I graduated from Geschwister-Scholl-Gymnasium Röthenbach with my Abitur, having Maths, German, English, Geography, and Art as examination subjects.

October 2022 (18 years old) — I started studying for a bachelor’s degree in e-commerce at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt.

November 2022 (18 years old) — I took a working student job in Sales at Infosim. I prepared, programmed, and implemented automatic data preparation with Excel’s Visual Basic for Applications, enabling faster operations between departments. I allowed Sales to drive more revenue by having better oversight. I reported directly to the CEO. I was responsible for designing and developing standard client operations that provide rich transparency of the current state of a client, which Sales used in the decision-making process, i.e. offer-creation and upselling.

March 2023 (18 years old) — I started building my brand online by publishing content for free. I taught myself to use high-end audio, video, and editing gear. I systemized (recurring) tasks/routines and optimized their completion.

May 2023 (18 years old) — I was awarded from Cambridge with a certificate for completing Harvard’s CS50x Course, having submitted ten problem sets, nine labs, and one final project. The program has a pass rate of 0.9%.

September 2023 (19 years old) — I launched WeStreamlineYou, a productized service agency built on multiple technologies including Framer, Stripe, Notion, and Zapier. I hosted the website with Hostinger and installed e-mail routing with Cloudflare. I programmed a low-code artificial intelligence-powered customer support chatbot with StackAI and Botpress. I installed asynchronous client communication. I offered unlimited, free revisions until each project's perfection. I was awarded from Notion with a certificate of Notion’s essentials badge for mastering all Notion features and best practices.

November 2023 (19 years old) — I was awarded from ICS e.V. with a certificate in recognition of my above-average performance (top 20% of students) and commitment to my studies in the e-commerce (Bachelor) program at the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt. I got promoted to Junior Sales Support at Infosim. I evaluated, pitched, and implemented a new Customer Relationship Management System.

June 2024 (19 years old) — I quit my Junior Sales Support job at Infosim and simultaneously shut down my archive fashion e-commerce store (Archivum) and my productized service agency (WeStreamlineYou).

July 2024 (20 years old) — I started open-sourcing my entire business (Fabian Frank Werner), making everything, including successes, failures, and numbers, fully transparent.
