I just purchased a 1843 Victoria shield back Sovereign, because it was minted the same year as the publication of “A Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens. I wanted to hold in my hand the same coin given to young Ebenezer Scrooge as a Christmas gift by Mr. Fezziwig.

I love the commentary on this great video. Not talking about each and every coin but generalizing on the different aspects of Sovereign collecting. I like the way you do talk about the variety in Sovereign collecting though - I'm in, hook, line and sinker!
